Who we are

The website is run by CL’s Smokin Barrels BBQ (“we,” “us”), a barbecue food trailer and catering business serving Onslow County, North Carolina.

Pre-orders

• Placing a pre-order is a request to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email or text.
• Menu items, prices, pickup times and locations can change, and items can sell out. If we cannot fill your order, we will let you know and refund anything you paid for the items we could not provide.
• Please pick up your order at the time and place shown in your confirmation. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Catering and trailer bookings

Submitting a catering quote request or a trailer booking request starts a conversation; it is not a binding agreement. Prices shown on the website are estimates. Your event is booked once you accept the quote or proposal we send you and make any required payment. The deposit, payment, change and cancellation terms in that quote or proposal apply to your event.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By paying, you also agree to Square’s terms for the payment method you choose. You agree that the payment information you give is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

Food allergies and dietary needs

Our food is prepared in a kitchen and trailer that handle common allergens. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a specific allergen. If you or your guests have a food allergy or dietary need, tell us before you order or book and ask about ingredients.

Text messages

If you sign up for text updates, we will text you about your order. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Reviews and content you send us

When you send us a review, you confirm it reflects your own experience, and you allow us to show it, with the name you entered, on this website and our social media pages. We may choose not to publish a review.

Using the website

• Give accurate information when you order, book or contact us.
• Do not use the website for anything unlawful, abusive or fraudulent.
• Do not try to access staff areas, interfere with the website, or collect data from it with automated tools.

The website content, including our name, logo, photos and menus, belongs to us. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our permission.

Website provided “as is”

We work to keep menus, prices, schedules and locations current, but the website is provided “as is,” and we cannot promise it will always be accurate, complete or available.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the website or an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Outside services

The website relies on outside services for hosting, data storage, payments, email and text messages, and it links to other websites such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or outages of those services, but we will work to restore our service quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
